Multi-activity courses
These can be run either as full residential courses or for groups that have arranged their own accommodation in the North Cornwall area. Multi-activity programmes can be built up using most of the activities in our list. Usually activities are run for half day sessions in the morning and afternoon with a teamwork activity in the evening, we also run an evening BBQ and Disco / Presentation night at the end of the week. If you contact us with an idea of the dates you're interested in we'll be happy to draw up and price a provisional programme for you to consider.

Our residential bases
The Atlantic House Hotel, a large AA 2 star hotel overlooking the towns main beaches. We generally use the Atlantic House for residential school multi-activity weeks. Hotel guests in the main summer also make the most of the half day introductory sessions that we provide.
The Northshore hostel, a backpackers hostel with good facilities.
Northshore is a very reasonably priced hostel in Bude which is often
used by small groups taking part in either a range of activities or
a progressive single activity programme.
We also have contact with a wide range of local accommodation
providers from basic camping fields, well facilitated campsites to
local guest houses.
Single activity introductory courses
If there's an activity you'd like to have a go at then come along to an introductory session. Usually run as half day sessions but can be extended to a whole day. We provide sessions throughout the year with a open booking system in place throughout the Easter and Summer holidays. This means that in the main holiday periods you can just turn up at our base, The Atlantic House Hotel, and sign up for what ever activity you fancy.
At other times of the year all you need to do is contact us with your activity request and we'll provide a session for your needs. Sessions can be run to cater for individuals, families and friends and can be linked together for a fun packed few days, ideal for groups wanting an adventurous weekend.
Improvement and Progressive courses
If you're already into a sport then we can help to develop your skills to the next level. You might want some 1:1 coaching or guiding or a course run over several days for your group. Whether its climbing, paddlesport or surfing we have the expertise and equipment to help you progress.
These courses can be run in a single session or can be programmed over several days. Just get in touch with your requirements and we'll be happy to provide you with a price and provisional details.
Group development courses
We can provide single day development courses both in the North Cornwall area and on Dartmoor. We can also build up longer programmes using our extensive list of teamwork activities. Our customers include schools, re-employment groups, business groups and special educational needs parties.
