Bude Time Trials and Sprint Regatta Saturday 11th December 2004 The Racing will take place on the Bude Canal and River Neet. The K1 and Ski time trial will, for the first time, be a single length of the Bude canal, a course which should take between 8 and 11 minutes. The K2 time trial will be the same as in previous years and will involve portages between the canal and the river. The Sprint regatta will be held on the lower section of the Bude Canal over a distance of 250m. No charge for any of the races, just come along and have a go. 10 am. K1 & Ski Time Trial. 11.45 pm. K2 & C2 Time Trial. 1.30 pm. K1 & Ski Sprints. 2.30 pm. K2 & C2 Sprints. Enter as many or as few races as you wish. Registration will take place in the Crescent car park next to the Bude canal. As you drive down into Bude you will come across a mini-roundabout next to the river, turn so as to cross the river and then turn immediately left into the car park. Toilets facilities present. Entries on the day from 9.00 am onwards. Get in touch with Simon if you are planning to come just to help with the smooth running of the event on the day.
