Coasteering is full of fun, thrills and excitement. Tintagel cove is an amazing venue with a dramatic backdrop, caves to explore and jumps of all sizes. We'll get you wet-suited up with the addition of a buoyancy jacket and helmet and a pair of your old trainers and then take you off to explore some of North Cornwall's most rugged coastline. You'll be able to swim, dive, scramble and jump with enough options to suit everyone's adrenalin levels.
It takes just the right location to make a great coasteering venue and here at Shoreline, we believe we've found the perfect spot. We've sea caves to explore, rocky out-crops to scramble over and of course, plenty of good deep water jumping to keep you entertained. But it's not just for the adrenalin junkies, with jumps of various heights (all optional) and some amazing underwater flora and fauna to see there really is something for everyone in this activity.
We'll only run these sessions when the sea and weather conditions are right and with our instructor team overseen by our own qualified Beach Lifeguard Trainer and Mountain Instructor, you can have the comfort that each session will be run in a safe and professional way.
Two hours of Coasteering, small group sessions.
You don't need any experience to take part in this activity however being comfortable in deep water and having some swimming ability is required.
We can accommodate a wide range of ages across the many activities we provide but we'd recommend the following minimum age based on the strength and endurance required for this activity :
Coasteering - minimum age 12, water confidence and reasonable swimming ability
Please be honest with our team about your capabilities and those of your group when making a booking and during this activity as this will affect both the safety and quality of the session.
For Coasteering, we will provide you with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet. You'll need to bring along your swimming kit, a towel and something to wear on your feet during the activity - we'd suggest an old pair of trainers or wetsuit boots.
