Outdoor Adventure Activities in Bude, Cornwall

Our outdoor activities are at the heart of what we are all about. We can provide sessions as single, one-off experiences ideal for a fun morning or afternoon. We can run a series of single sport sessions to enable you to progress your skills a little further. We can build a multi-activity programme of any duration to cater for camping and residential trips to Bude. And if it's more advanced training and qualifications you are after then we can provide you with specific coaching and qualification courses.

Swim, dive, jump, scramble and explore some of North Cornwall’s most rugged coastline with us in an adventure filled session you won’t forget! Our favourite coasteering spot boasts jumps of varying heights, historic smugglers caves and some amazing underwater flora and fauna, there really is something for everyone in this activity. We’ll encourage everyone but you choose the jumps you want to do so that no one needs to mss out on this fantastic activity.

Sea & Surf Kayaking

Recommended minimum age 10
Great in Any Weather
Come for a paddle around our local harbour and sheltered surf spots, paddling on our fleet of straight-running, robust, sit-on-top kayaks. We’ll work with the surf and sea conditions to give you the best paddling experience. We will explore the coastline around Bude then find the perfect spot to teach you how to surf kayak before paddling back along the bude canal to return back to our base.

Surfing

Family Activity
Great in Any Weather
Learn to surf on one of the best surf beaches in the country! Crooklets Beach gives you plenty of space to avoid the crowds; our instructors will teach you the basics on the sand before launching you into the waves on our foam beginner boards. Throughout the session you’ll receive personal coaching to help you improve your surfing techniques from take-off, through standing to left and right-hand turns.
